Assuming you are arriving at Delhi airport in the morning hours. We pick you up from Delhi in the morning and take you straight to Haridwar. The noon arrives, get check-in to the hotel, and relax for a while. The day explores Om Pul and Amrapur Ghat followed by Chandi Devi Temple, Mansa Devi Temple, and Har Ki Pauri Temple. The day concludes with the enchanting Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri at Haridwar. The evening returns back to the hotel and is free for your leisure. Having dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar hotel.
Cozy morning, wake up early, get refreshed, and have your hot breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast checks out and proceeds to Guptkashi via Rishikesh-Rudraprayag-Agastmuni. The route is long for today with serene views of the Garhwal Valleys and we drive opposite to the stream of the Ganges and Mandakini rivers. After leaving from Haridwar we follow the shore of Ganges river which leads us to Devprayag Sangam and we discover the serene Sangam of Alknanda and Bhagirathi forming into the Ganges.
From Devprayag we drive towards Rudraprayag which takes us Kirti Nagar and from here we drive opposite to Alaknada river upto Rudraprayag Sangam. Lunch can be planned at Srinagar before Rudraprayag. Investigate the divine confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini River at Rudraprayag Sangam and the river remains Alaknanda after the Sangam. Post exploration we follow Mandakini River which comes from Kedarnath to reach Guptkashi by witnessing Agastmuni and Kund from the windows. The evening arrives in Guptkashi/Phata, get check-in to the hotel. The evening enjoys nature/city walks around your hotel and is free for your leisure. Wake up early and get refreshed. There are two mediums to reach the Kedarnath temple ie by road and by air. Please find the below details for both mediums.
By Road: If you are planning to reach the Kedarnath temple by road then your cab will take you to Sonprayag. In the high season (May/June) there is much rush on this road from Guptkashi to Sonprayag which has a distance of 30 km. Sometimes this distance takes more than 03 hours to reach Sonprayag.
So, leaving early from Guptkashi/Phata for Sonprayag will be a good idea. From Sonprayag you will need to take local cab for Gaurikund, which is 05 km ahead of Sonprayag. Gaurikund is the base for the Kedarnath trek. You can hire horses/doli/pitthu from Gaurikund for Kedarnath. It is a 21 km trek which takes around 8-10 hours to reach to the temple for a normal person. This breautiful treks gives breathtaking views of Garhwal Himalayas, tall waterfalls, and the trek goes along the shore of divine Mandakini river. The trek has many stalls, shops, and medical facillities along the route. Once you reach Kedarnath, get check-in into the hotel. Take some rest, explore Bheem Shila, Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi Sthal, Mandakini River and have darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji on your own. Having dinner and overnight stay at Kedarnath.
By Air: You can also choose to explore Kedarnath by Helicopter services. Helicopter services are time-saving and give you an amazing birds-eye view of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks behind the Kedarnath temple but requires an early and advance reservation. If you choose to access the Kedarnath temple by Heli services then the cab will take you to Helipad from where you will do all the formalities and will take off for Kedarnath. Once you reach Kedarnath, get check-in into the hotel. Take some rest, explore Bheem Shila, Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi Sthal, Mandakini River and have darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji on your own. Having dinner and overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Wake up early, get refreshed. Do the necessary shopping for the puja at Kedarnath temple. You can book a special pooja on additional charges. After having the Darshan of Lord Kedarthan and pooja ceremony back to the hotel. Pack your luggage and check out. Post check out have your hot breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Post check out treks down/fly down to Sonprayag/Guptkashi. From Sonpryag/Guptkashi board the cab and proceed to Chopta via Ukhimath. Investigate winter abode of Shri Kedarnath ji which is the Omkareshwar Temple of Ukhimath. Post exploration proceeds straight to Chopta, Chopta is about 75 km from Sonprayag which will take approx 3 hours to reach Chopta. En-route explores Omkareshwar Temple at Ukhimath and then straight to Chopta. The evening arrives, get check-in to the camps. The evening explores a beautiful sunset, enjoy home like dinner, and overnight stay at Chopta.
The morning investigates the stunning sunrise at Chopta. Post breakfast checks out and proceeds to Badrinath. After leaving Chopta, we take our first stop at Gopinath Temple at Gopeshwar which has it's own pristine sayings. Interact with locals and know more about this heritage temple of Lord Shiva. Post exploration we drive towards Joshimath via Chamoli Town and we again meet Alaknanda river at Chamoli. From Chamoli we drive along the shore of Alaknanda which comes from Satopanth Glacier and passes through Mana where it meets Saraswati and then through Badrianth town it comes to Rishikesh via Joshimath.
Post Chamoli town we enter into Chamoli district and hit the break at Narsingh Temple of Joshimath to investigate the winter abode of Shri Badrinath Ji which is Narsingh Temple of Joshimath. Lunch midway. Post Narsingh Temple exploration we drive straight to Badrinath Dham. The evening arrives in Badrinath, get check-in into the hotel. The evening is free for your leisure and you can soak the stunning night views of Shri Badrinath temple. Back to the hotel, having dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath hotel.
Wake up early, get refreshed, and do the necessary shopping for the pooja at Shri Badrinath Ji. Take a hot bath in a natural hot spring pond at Badrinath Ji, which is also known as Tapt Kund. After having the bath you can choose to stay in line or you can skip the line by applying for a special pooja. After having the darshan and pooja ceremony back to the hotel. Have your hot breakfast at the hotel and check out. Post check out proceeds to explore Mana village where you investigate Bhim Pul, Vyas Gufa, Origin Of Saraswati River, and it's confluence in Alaknanda river at Mana. The afternoon proceeds to Rudraprayag along the shore of Alaknanda river covering Vishnuprayag Sangam (Confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauli Ganga rivers) followed Nandprayag Sangam (Confluence of Alaknanda and Nandakini rivers), and Karnprayag Sangam (Confluence of Alaknanda and Pindar rivers), and then you reach Rudraprayag where Alaknanda meets Mandakini River at Rudraprayag Sangam. Lunch midway. The evening arrives, get check-in to the hotel. The evening is free for your leisure, having dinner and overnight stay at Rudraprayag hotel.
Wake up with the views of Alaknanda river, get refreshed, and refuel yourself with a heavy breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast checks out and proceeds to Rishikesh via along the shore of Alaknanda river and covering two divine realms en-route. Dhari Devi temple is the first stopover on this route, situated over the serene Alaknanda river, this divine temple is pristine and must-visit sight. This iconic temple requires a little trek but local shared cabs are also available to reach to the temple. Have blessings of Maa Dhari Devi and drive ahead to Devprayag while witnessing Srinagar city from the windows, lunch can be planned at Srinagar. Post Srinagar we hit the break at Devprayag.
Devprayag is the origin of Holy Ganges, the serene Alaknanda river and Bhagirathi which comes from Gangotri meets here to give birth to the divine Ganges. This confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi turns into Ganges at Devprayag Sangam. Allowing 15 mins for exploration then straight to Rishikesh. The evening explores pristine Ram Jhula followed by Parmarth Niketan, Geeta Bhawan, Janki Setu, and Ganga Beach.
