Arrival and Leisure

Morning drive to Jim Corbett Park. Afternoon arrives.
Welcome, drink on arrival. After Room allotment has your hot lunch at the restaurant.
Evening free for own activities and nature walk nearby resort.
Enjoy Bonfire in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at wildlife resort.

Wildlife Safari and Departure

Early morning ready to go for wildlife safari by jeep inside the park at 6 am to 10 am.
After 4 hours safari come out from the park.
After having breakfast collect your luggage and check out from the resort and return back to your own destination with sweet memories of the Corbett Park Trip.

Terms and Conditions

Clients accept to use the Devbhumi Travel and Tourism Services on the following Terms and Conditions:
Package is not valid for long weekends and festivals.
Jeep safari zone will be decided as per availability of tourist zones.
Payment:
We have standard rates throughout the year, though rates may vary during peak season.
30% advance Payments should be made before the tour started and 70% of rest amount should be paid at the time of tour started by Cash or online.
If using an online payment facility, the Client will be given a confirmation of payment by e-mail.

Service:
The Client shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the car and hotel rooms for the duration of the journey. Any damages caused directly or indirectly by the client to the vehicle or hotel property will be charged directly to the client and will be payable immediately.
Drinking alcoholic beverages or smoking in the vehicle is not allowed. The client may carry dry snacks like biscuits, chips, popcorns, etc. and cold drinks during the journey.
In case of any vehicle taken by the client on his/her own like motorbikes, cars etc. The client is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as taken. The client is liable for the damage to the vehicle while the vehicle in his/her possession.
Our drivers have the right to refuse any client from boarding our vehicles should that person be considered by the driver to be in no state of travelling in the Vehicle.
For safety reasons, young children travelling should be restrained in an appropriate manner throughout the tour.
The Client understands that if they forget any items in the vehicle or hotel room, Devbhumi Travel and Tourism cannot be held responsible for these items. Should the client ask Devbhumi Travel and Tourism to return any item found to their designated address, the Client will incur a charge according to the Devbhumi Travel and Tourism tariffs for this trip or the courier service.
The services, amenities, food etc. will be available according to the package chosen by the client. If the client wants any upgrades in any of the services a difference of the price shall be payable by the client if the upgrade is available.
Devbhumi Travel and Tourism will not be held responsible in case of any maintenance, management issue, electricity problems, TV cable issues etc. on the hotel premises. The client should ask the hotel staff for assistance.

Cancellation:
Cancellation before 30 days of travelling date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
Cancellations before 20 days of the travelling date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
Cancellations before 15 days of the travelling date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
Cancellations made within 07 days of the travelling date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention and no refund policy.

Booking:
For online or email bookings, We shall confirm whether the booking has been accepted either via telephone or via e-mail. Any bookings not confirmed will be carried out depending on availability.
We will ensure that the service is provided at the highest level. The Client understands that sufficient time needs to be allowed when booking a cab and hotel to ensure punctual pickup and check-ins, also taking into account any delay resulting from traffic or weather conditions. PointToPoint Hospitality shall not be responsible for any delay caused as a result of passengers not being ready for pick-up at the booked time or from the failure of Client to provide Devbhumi Travel and Tourism with correct information. The Client hereby acknowledges that Devbhumi Travel and Tourism shall not be held responsible in any manner for any loss or damage to the Client, directly or indirectly at any time.
The Client hereby acknowledges that Devbhumi Travel and Tourism will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Client or their belongings in case of accidents, bad weather or delays.
The Client would book a vehicle and room of suitable size for the number of persons and luggage. Devbhumi Travel and Tourism cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. A child, regardless of age, shall be deemed as one passenger.
The transportation of a wheelchair, bicycle, pushchair etc should be advised to Devbhumi Travel and Tourism at the time of booking.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the pick-up and drop-off points are in accordance with the original booking.
When using any coupon or voucher, the Client understands that all coupons and vouchers are accepted at the sole and final discretion of us. A combination of vouchers and promotional activities will not be allowed. One (1) voucher only can be used per tour.
During particular events and occasions, we reserve the right to change its standard prices and pricing structure. In case of any uncertain/unwanted circumstances like bad weather or landslide etc. Devbhumi Travel and Tourism will reschedule the itinerary accordingly. In that case, the guest shall pay for extra expenses for extra days.
We reserve the right to sub-contract part or all of the service to a third party contractor. Devbhumi Travel and Tourism will ensure that if any of the service providers is at any time sub-contracted (in part or in its entirety) to an external provider, that the terms agreed here in this agreement are abide by the external provider at all times.
The Client agrees that we shall not be responsible for any damage or injury or loss to persons or property arising out of the use of its Services, Area or Facilities by the Client, it’s agents and employees, invitees, or guests except that occasioned by the negligence or act of Devbhumi Travel and Tourism, its agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors.
All disputes are subject to Nainital Jurisdiction only.
Note: - As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
